Fulfillment Times

All StormBuilt apparel is made-to-order through our production partners.

  • Fulfillment time:2–5 business days
  • This is the time needed to print, prepare, and package your order before it ships.

Please note: Fulfillment may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

Once fulfilled, your order ships directly from our U.S. facilities

  • Free Shipping on orders $100+


Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

StormBuilt is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by country. Customs processing may cause delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address information. Duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

International Returns

Due to shipping costs and customs complexities, international returns are currently not offered unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item 
  • Photos of the packaging
